Since our inception in 1961, Technical Adhesives Limited has strived to become the most competitive, and consistent, manufacturer of premium adhesives for a wide variety of industries.

The major markets we service include packaging, bookbinding, automotive, product assembly, pressure sensitive converting, envelope and woodworking. By formulating our own complete line of adhesives, we have rapidly grown to be viewed as an industry leader both by our valued customers and our competitors. Our product lineup includes: water-based emulsions, dextrines, animal glues, latex adhesives, pressure sensitive acrylics, hot melts. Technical Adhesives maintains a quality system that follows closely to current ISO standards.

Manufacturing

Our lead water-based batchmakers have a minimum of five years experience in adhesive manufacturing and work in an efficient and high morale environment.

All production personnel work closely with our Quality Assurance people in a combined effort that enables Technical Adhesives to produce top quality batches time after time.

Our Hot Melt department has invested in state-of-the-art manufacturing and extrusion equipment. Thus, hot melt chicklets from Technical Adhesives are not only clean in appearance but also are the cleanest running product available for your applicating equipment.

Our standard two to three day lead times are the shortest in the industry. Be it an off-the-shelf adhesive, or a custom formulated product for a unique application, Technical Adhesives will have your order in your plant on time.

Our laboratory is the lifeline of our company.

By sourcing only the finest raw materials available from North American and off shore markets, our chemists formulate adhesive products that consistently outperform our customers’ requirements. Our state-of-the-art facility allows us to quickly test and develop new products and offers our customers technical support to improve their current adhesive applications. Technical Adhesives chemists are not just concerned with a client's initial response to a specific adhesive trial, but will develop on-going testing procedures to ensure their end product continues to meet all appropriate standards. Technical Adhesives provides in-depth seminars to clients' production, engineering, maintenance and technical departments. These seminars, with particular emphasis on adhesive handling, maintenance and trouble shooting, are always well received. Technical Adhesives expertise extends beyond adhesives. Through years of supplying many of North America’s top companies, Technical Adhesives’ in-house knowledge of equipment, substrates, government legislation and operating applications has become an invaluable resource tool for our clients.
